MyResumeScan provides AI-assisted resume screening (ATS scoring), resume optimization suggestions, cover letter generation, and interview question generation, for both individual job seekers and recruiters/HR teams (bulk screening).

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and making payments.

• The Service uses a prepaid wallet system. You add funds (“top-ups”) via Razorpay, and credits are deducted per action (e.g. per resume scan, optimization, or other AI-generated output) at the rate displayed in the Service at the time of use.
• Credit pricing may change from time to time; changes will not affect credits already purchased.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Refunds of unused wallet credits are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Upload resumes or content you do not have the right to submit (e.g. candidate data collected without consent).
• Use the Service to discriminate against candidates on any legally protected basis.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service’s AI or wallet systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by [Your Registered Business/Company Name]and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Registered Business/Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, lost profits, or data loss. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion. Unused wallet credits at termination will be handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
